I bring 20 years of product and startup expertise, moving between the coach seat and the advisor seat, depending on what’s most pressing for my clients.

How I work with clients
Most advisors give you a playbook. Most coaches help you find your own answers. I do both.
I practice integral coaching, which just means ‘whole person’ coaching - including not only the mind (where most of us live all of the time), but also the heart, and the body.
Examples of practices I explore with my clients include introspection through journaling, meditation, and nature coaching.
It’s nearly impossible to read the label from within the bottle. My clients move faster toward their goals, and have more clarity than they would with either an advisor or a coach alone.
