Most advisors give you a playbook. Most coaches help you find your own answers. I do both.
I've been in the seat for 20 years. Seed, growth, Fortune 500. I've lived through tradeoffs, pressure, an ever-changing competitive landscape.
I've seen patterns across the founders and executives I've coached. Disconnects between roadmaps and goals, founders using AI to accelerate the build before they understand what the customer actually needs, and leaders who can't delegate because they haven't built the internal confidence.
I also have the coaching training to understand what's actually blocking my clients - beneath the surface.
It's nearly impossible to read the label from within the bottle. My clients move faster toward their goals, and have more clarity than they would with either an advisor or a coach alone.
